Q.)Once I place my order how long before my products arrive?

A.)Usually everything will arrive within 7-10 business days. Our hydroponic systems are built to order. Sometimes the bulk of the order will arrive and the hydroponic systems will arrive a few days later.

Q.)Are the packages shipped discreetly?

A.)Yes, no mention as to the content will be made on the packages unless this is being shipped to Canada. Due to customs items must be listed in shipments.

Q.)How much can this system yield?

A.)In general an experienced grower's goal it to get one gram of dried fruits per watt used. Therefore a 400 watt HID light can produce 400 grams dried. A 600 watt can produce 600 grams dried fruits. Of course many variables go into this. I

Q.)I am told that the plants I plan to grow will yield 450grams / square meter. What does that mean?

A.)This means that if you completely fill up one square meter of space with those particular plants. Then give them optimal conditions you can expect to yield 450 grams. A 4'x4' tent is just over one square meter.

Q.)What is a HID light?

A.)HID stands for High Intensity Discharge. Light that fall into this category are the MH and HPS lights.

Q.)How much will my electric bill go up using this system?

A.)Of course it depends on exactly how much you pay in your area, but in general a 400 watt light will cost around $35 per month. A 600 watt light will run you $40-$50 per month.

Q.)Where can I get good marijuana seeds?

A.) We understand that it may be legal for some people to grow marijuana. We stay very busy and do not have time to keep up with all of the laws all over the world. It is not legal to grow marijuana where we do business therefore we are unable to answer questions of this nature.

Q.)How can I find a reputable seed bank? I don't want to get ripped off.

A.)If you are looking for some rare species of plants you may find the seeds at a seed bank. Our suggestion is to look for seed banks that pay money to advertise in actual printed publications. Fake seed banks cost almost nothing to start up online. At the same time if you see a seed bank running multiple full page ads in magazines month after month chances are they are legit.

Q.)I have been told that people can see your indoor garden using infrared or heat signature. Can this system be detected like this?

A.)To our understanding a 400 watt light puts out around the same amount of heat as a close dryer does. It is not uncommon to have things in a home that produce this much heat. So I would not think that a small garden would produce a "heat signature". At the same time, if you had 5 or 6 - 400 watt systems running in one room, this may seem out of the norm on infrared.

Q.)How often can I harvest?

A.)Harvest are usually 3-3.5 months. If you have 2 systems going at the same time you can shorten this down to 2 months per harvest.

Q.)I am new to all of this. I have read all this stuff about light cycles. Can you explain the light cycles for me?

A.)Sure. Basically your goal is to mimic nature. In nature at the beginning of a seasonal grow season the days are long and the nights are short. This is why you start your baby plants out with 18 hours of light each day and 6 hours of darkness. During these early stages of growth you will want to be using your MH bulb, cfl bulbes, or led grow lights. In nature at the end of the growing season the days have gotten shorter. When you want your plants to produce their fruits/flowers you give them the conditions they would have at the end of the natural growing season. This is when you put in your HPS bulb and lower the light to 12 hours light and 12 hours darkness.

Q.)My plants have gotten way too big. My tent is over flowing. What did I do wrong?

A.)A common mistake people make is thinking that plants stop growing as soon as they start producing their fruits. Plants will grow 1-2 feet taller after you lower the light cycles to just 12 hours per day. So you want to force your plants to flower when they still have a foot or so of grow room left.

Q.)Do you have any specific advice for a first time grower?

A.)Yes. First off don't over think it. Look all around you in this world. Plants are growing everywhere you look. All you are doing is taking the same conditions outside and bringing them inside. In the end remember it is seeds, soil, water, light, and fresh air.

The last thing you want is to have $200 in soil and $200 in seeds and a tent full of dead plants.

If it is you first grow simply get some cheap seeds for your local store. Put them in inexpensive soil and let them grow. This way you can know what to expect once you do have the expensive soil and rare seeds. This way as you are learning how to clone your plants for the first time you don't feel like you are cutting into a 20 dollar bills wondering if you are "doing it right". As soon as you have had a successful harvest and you have learned how to clone your plants, then you can invest in rare seeds, expensive soil, and top of the line nutrients.

Q.)Does the system come with setup instructions?
